Job Title: Rigging/High Burner
Location: Various locations
Basic Description:
- Ability to use a cutting torch
- Ability to work at heights
- Experience working with cranes
- Knowledge of hoisting equipment and proper hand signals
- Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
Essential Job Functions:
- Regular and predictable performance
- Ability to work productively in personal protective equipment throughout work shift in all weather conditions
- Agility to climb on and work in difficult-to-access spaces
- Agility to climb on and work on high structures
- Agility to walk and work on uneven surfaces
- Ability to climb, kneel, stoop, bend, lift, push/pull, and/or reach frequently
- Agility, bodily coordination, and dexterity of hands and feet
- Pulmonary fitness for respirator use
- Ability to work with hazardous materials
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent with 3-4 years of burning and rigging experience or crane work.
Position Requirements:
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment
Employment Details:
- Type: Full-time hourly position
- Travel: Up to 95% travel, field-based position assigned from Pennsylvania or Illinois division
- Pay: Hourly rate; Health & Fringe benefits per Collective Bargaining Agreement
