- Pay: $17-$19 per hour (depending on experience)
- Shift: Hours vary (rotating schedule); overtime may be required
- Ability to safely use hand tools (e.g., tongs, wrenches) and follow safety procedures at all times
- Comfort working outdoors in changing weather conditions and around moving mechanical equipment
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (including lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs unassisted)
- Willingness to learn rig/job site support tasks (materials handling, mixing fluids/cement/chemicals, basic equipment support)
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication-able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Basic housekeeping habits: keep tools, vehicles, and work areas organized and in safe working order
- Prior manual labor experience in construction, industrial, or field operations
- Mechanical aptitude; familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, trailers, compressors, or light towers
- Basic welding experience
- Experience reading or following technical/safety procedures
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent applicable experience
- Prior construction/industrial labor experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment screening requirements (e.g., background check, drug screen, physical)
- Ability to work a rotating schedule and be reachable as needed for operational coverage
- Must be able to communicate in English well enough to understand safety procedures and complete basic written documentation
