We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and battle-tested Campaign Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive this campaign to victory.This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to run a top-tier congressional campaign from the ground up—and across the finish line.The RoleThe Campaign Manager is the chief operating officer of the campaign, responsible for translating strategy into execution, managing staff and consultants, and ensuring every department is aligned, accountable, and winning.This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role requires non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the overall campaign plan, timelines, and benchmarksOversee the campaign budget and fundraising program to ensure aggressive and sustainable growthDirectly manage senior staff; recruit, hire, train, and evaluate campaign personnelEnsure ballot access and oversee all filing deadlines and requirementsTrack, analyze, and report campaign goals, metrics, and progress to the candidate and stakeholdersManage and optimize the candidate's schedule to maximize political and fundraising impactServe as the primary point of contact for consultants and oversee all workstreams (polling, mail, digital, field, communications, etc.)Work closely with compliance consultants and legal counsel to ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local election lawsFoster a professional, inclusive, ethical, and high-performing campaign cultureExperience & Qualifications3+ years of campaign experience, with increasing responsibilityDemonstrated experience working directly with elected officials or candidates, including principal coachingProven staff management and leadership experienceStrong strategic judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with long and non-traditional hoursProficiency in Google WorkspaceStrong working knowledge of NGP, Numero, ActBlue, and VoteBuilderArizona political experience strongly preferredStrong network in Arizona political ecosystem with PR firms, lobbyists, and officialsWhy This Race MattersAZ-01 is winnable—and winning it changes the balance of power in Washington.
