To support strategic client service and retention goals, the full-time Sr. Surety Client Advocate will manage a book of business, provide direction to client servicing and broking teams, and prepare proposals while ensuring exceptional client deliverables across various locations. Key responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality service and retention Prepare and present proposals for appropriate products and services to clients Research client policy questions and manage account renewal and cross-sell opportunities Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in commercial property and casualty client management RIBO License required Proven experience in servicing middle market and large risk managed accounts Knowledge of insurance and/or brokerage business; CIP and CRM designations preferred Strong technical knowledge of the product area and industry
