Key qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Health Informatics, Public Administration, or related field plus 2 years in data governance/management with large enterprise systems
- 2 years of experience in a lead, supervisory, or project management role
- Demonstrated experience supporting data governance, data quality, analytics, or data management functions
- Experience working in or with government agencies, healthcare payers, or managed care organizations
- Advanced business analysis skills including data interpretation, dashboard development, and SQL or BI tools
- Knowledge of federal grant compliance (2 CFR Part 200, CMS/HHS) and program evaluation methodologies
