To support a growing virtual outpatient clinical practice, a Rhode Island Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote setting, with flexible scheduling and comprehensive administrative support. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetings while managing documentation efficiently Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Rhode Island Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
