Rhode Island Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations in a fully remote environment, focusing on patient care with minimal administrative burden. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and expectations Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with an in-house referral network and operational support team Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment
