Rhode Island Licensed Appraiser

Reviewing property valuations for compliance with federal and state laws, the full-time Senior Review Appraiser will ensure adequate collateral value for loans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to review collateral documentation Communicate consistently with departments and sales to meet pipeline metrics and quality guidelines Identify and address escalated collateral issues while adhering to compliance regulations Required qualifications Licensed / Certified Appraiser Three years or more of mortgage or consumer loan underwriting experience, with appraisal review experience preferred Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external clients
