Supporting inpatient coding quality and education, the full-time remote Inpatient Coding Education & Improvement Specialist will review coding findings, analyze trends, and develop targeted educational resources to enhance coding accuracy and consistency. Key responsibilities Review coding-quality findings and recommendations for accuracy Analyze trends and develop targeted inpatient coding education Collaborate with stakeholders to improve coding quality workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management preferred, or equivalent experience RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification required Experience in inpatient facility coding and coding quality review Knowledge of inpatient coding guidelines and MS-DRG/APR-DRG methodology Experience developing coding educational resources preferred
