- Collaborative care model working closely with rheumatology physicians
- Rheumatology experience preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered)
- Average volume: 12 Äì15 patients/day
- Shared office phone call: 1:3 rotation
- Hospitalist group manages all inpatient admissions

- Base Salary: $120,000 Äì $130,000 (based on experience)
- Includes 200 hours vacation/CME time
- wRVU Productivity Bonus (no cap): Estimated $10,000 Äì $20,000+ annually
