Rheumatologist

One Rheumatology is an independent rheumatology practice in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, led by dual board-certified physician Dr. Clifford Stermer. We provide personalized, compassionate, evidence-based care for patients with autoimmune and chronic conditions.

We're seeking an exceptional, full-time, on-site Rheumatologist to join our growing practice someone great with patients, experienced with biologics and clinical trials, and eager to help build something great alongside Dr. Stermer. This is a clinical leadership opportunity with direct mentorship, a path to profit sharing, and the autonomy of truly independent medicine.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
• Conduct new and follow-up consultations and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostics; develop individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate care with referring clinicians and specialists
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based protocols
• Oversee the in-office infusion suite and clinical research program

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution; completed Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Rheumatology
• Minimum 3 years of clinical rheumatology experience
• Current, unrestricted Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong clinical expertise across autoimmune, inflammatory, musculoskeletal, and chronic conditions
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professionalism in an outpatient setting
• Exceptional, verifiable references from previous clinical roles required
