Requirements
- Open to new or experienced physicians.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
- Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in Rheumatology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred.
- Active and unrestricted Physician License in Florida.
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License.
