Owning the global RFx response process, the full-time RFP Proposal Specialist will manage RFPs, RFIs, and other competitive submissions, ensuring timely, compliant, and persuasive responses while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of RFx submissions, from intake through submission and post-decision debrief Utilize an AI-powered response platform to draft, review, and approve proposal content, maintaining a governed answer library Coordinate input from cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions within tight deadlines Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, or similar competitive response processes Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting and verifying proposal content Strong knowledge of RFx best practices, including compliance matrices and response outlines Advanced Microsoft Word skills, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Experience working with Salesforce and reporting on relevant performance measures
