Joining a dynamic shared-services bid management team, the RFP & Bid Management Specialist will lead end-to-end response preparation for public sector procurement opportunities in a fully remote contract position aligned with West Coast operating hours. Key responsibilities Direct the preparation, editing, and submission of public sector RFx responses and cloud proposals (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) Create bid plans, manage schedules, and track project milestones across multiple internal stakeholders Develop proposal templates and utilize AI tools to streamline content generation for standard bid sections Required qualifications 5+ years of technical writing and bid management experience within technology consulting or cloud services 5+ years of experience managing direct and indirect government solicitation responses Deep knowledge of public sector procurement processes, rules, and regulatory frameworks Proven ability to manage multiple bid streams independently in a fast-paced remote environment
