RFAB Process Technician - Night Shift

Process TechnicianTexas Instruments is seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team supporting one of our clean rooms. This technician will be an invaluable part of the team, interfacing and communicating with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are solved appropriately and efficiently. Additionally, you will provide process and product support to the organization and address production concerns and disposition of production material.Responsibilities include:Perform technical tests and experiments for engineering in the wafer fabrication area of semiconductor manufacturersMonitor, audit and provide guidance to line operators once the product is on the lineTest new products and provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnelMinimum requirements:High School diploma/GED18 years of age or olderOne of the following:2 years of semiconductor experience as Technician OR4 years of non-semiconductor/military Technician experienceAbility to work 12 hour compressed work scheduleFlexible to work day or night shift that will include one weekend shift and holidaysPreferred qualifications:Ability to identify, multi-task, and resolve multiple priority issues quickly and efficiently to improve overall fab performanceAbility to learn and understand process flow quickly, and support the engineering organization as neededOutstanding organizational, teaming, and troubleshooting skills on electrical and mechanical systemsExceptional attention to detailProficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly ramp on new tools and processesDemonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functionsAbility to take the initiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skillsAbout UsEngineer your future.
