RF Technician
Role: RF Technician Location: State College, PA Duration: 12+ plus months (Contract 2 Direct hire) Client: L3 Harris (Aerospace & Defense) Pay Rate $35-45/hr on w2
Must-Haves (Hard Skills):
- 3+ years' experience performing digital, analog and RF testing using automated and manual test equipment.
- Electronic Test Technician required to test and troubleshoot digital, analog and RF assemblies down to the component level.
- Candidate must be proficient with the use of various test equipment and must be familiar with schematic diagrams.
Essential Functions:
- Able to test and troubleshoot digital, analog and RF assemblies down to the component level.
- Proficient with the use of various test equipment and must be familiar with schematic diagrams.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under guidance of engineers.
- 2+ years' experience performing digital, analog and RF testing using automated and manual test equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (bachelor's degree in engineering preferred)
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Technical knowledge of electronics and Final Assembly (FA) fabrication a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to present ideas and data to a group.
- Works collaboratively with other team members to troubleshoot test failures.
- Demonstrates personal accountability for all work performed.
