RF Systems Engineering Lead — ASIC & Integration

L3Harris Clifton, NJ is seeking a Systems Engineering Lead to bridge system requirements and RF ASIC implementation, guiding verification, risk management, and lifecycle support across hardware, software, and program management teams.

You will derive and allocate system requirements to RF ASIC functions, manage performance budgets, and ensure traceability from customer needs to ASIC design, validation and full system integration. Active Secret Clearance is required.
