You'll be an integral part of the team allowing BAE Systems to create capability that supports the overall mission: "We protect those who protect us."Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 years of work experience or equivalent experienceActive Secret clearance and be eligible to acquire a Top Secret/SCI and additional SAP/SAR clearance in the futureExperience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and toolsAbility to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needsAbility to work onsite in a laboratory environmentAbility to support manufacturing issues and working with quality engineers for path forwardOne or more of the following technical areas:Antenna and phased array experienceRF component knowledge (ex. low noise and power amplifiers)Radar experienceCommercial or Military wireless communication experienceReceiver architecture experienceSoftware programming language knowledge (C++, Python, Matlab)Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsM.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 4 years of experience or Ph.D. with 2 years of experienceHold an active Top Secret/SCI clearanceFamiliarity with the Compass Call ProgramKnowledge of Systems Engineering and life cycle processes stages (such as waterfall, spiral, agile/scrum and Vee) and process milestone execution decision gating reviewsUnderstanding of the applications of active and passive sensing in the Electronic Warfare (EW) fieldPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $ - $ Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
