This is a chance to join a stable, well-capitalized manufacturer during a period of real growth, and to help shape how the operation scales.The RoleThe company is adding engineers to support the production, testing, and continuous improvement of high-performance RF and microwave products built on-site. You'll work closely with production, quality, and design teams to bring new products into the facility, develop and optimize test processes, and keep high-volume output running at a high standard of precision.What You'll DoDevelop, validate, and maintain production test processes for RF/microwave components, including mixers, demodulators, power splitters/combiners, directional couplers, phase detectors, amplifiers, and switchesSupport the transfer of new products and test capabilities into the Florida facility, from setup through stable productionDesign, assemble, and troubleshoot test boards, fixtures, control boards, and harnessesWork with the SMT department to optimize pick-and-place assembly, solder processes, and yieldsAnalyze test data and failures, drive root-cause analysis, and put corrective actions in placeImprove throughput, test coverage, and cost efficiency through automation and process refinementWrite and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and engineering documentationTrain and support technicians and production staff on test methods and equipmentWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's a plus)3+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering, test engineering, or manufacturing engineering in an electronics production environmentHands-on experience with RF test equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power metersSolid understanding of S-parameters, insertion loss, isolation, VSWR/return loss, noise figure, and related RF performance metricsFamiliarity with SMT assembly processes and PCB-level troubleshootingExperience with test automation (Python, LabVIEW, C#, or similar) is a strong plusA strong analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solvingAbility to work on-site in Hialeah, FLPreferredBilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred, given the collaborative production environment)Experience with high-mix, high-volume electronics manufacturingKnowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or statistical process controlExperience with IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)Compensation & BenefitsBase salary of $135,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experienceFull benefits packageRelocation assistance available for qualified candidatesStable, growing organization with long-term career advancement
