This position requires excellent hand–eye coordination, strong visual acuity, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality, reliable RF products.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble RF mechanical components, housings, and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and specificationsPerform precision assembly of small parts using a microscope for extended periodsInspect assemblies under a microscope to verify alignment, clearances, placement, and overall qualityUse hand tools, tweezers, torque tools, micro-fixtures, or bonding equipment for component assembly (no soldering involved)Perform basic RF, mechanical, or continuity testing if required by the processMaintain accurate production records, travelers, and documentationFollow safety proceduresCollaborate with Lead and Supervisor to troubleshoot assembly issuesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong manual dexterity and fine-motor skills for precise mechanical assemblyAbility to clearly see and work with very small parts under a microscopeAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical diagrams, and assembly instructionsHigh attention to detail and strong commitment to qualityGood communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a teamExperience in RF assembly, micro-mechanical assembly, or electronics/mechanical manufacturing is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit at a workstation for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive precision tasksVisual acuity suited for detailed microscope workBenefits begin on day one for full-time employees (working in excess of 30 hours/week) include: voluntary medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability; flexible spending account; 401(k) plan with Company match; paid time off and more.Position requires candidate to be a U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22 CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status) and defined by 8 U.S.C.
