RF Integration EngineerOur client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a RF Integration Engineer to join their team. As a RF Integration Engineer, you will be part of the Hardware Development Department supporting wireless and RF subsystem projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.Assist with the bring-up, simulation, and validation of RF/antenna designs.Test wireless/RF subsystem performance against predefined quality metrics.Automate test equipment to improve test cycle efficiency.Produce detailed test reports and present findings to cross-functional teams.Collaborate with hardware, software engineering, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure project success.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 3+ years of experience in hardware product development and testing.Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB, and/or LabVIEW.Hands-on experience with microwave/measurement equipment such as Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Vector Signal Analyzers/Generators, traffic generators, and wireless sniffers.Familiarity with wireless architectures (radio front ends, antennas, amplifiers, RF switches, filters, and couplers from 450 - 7125 MHz) and wireless networking concepts.Willingness to learn or experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS) and schematic/layout tools (e.g., Cadence).Opportunity to work on innovative wireless technology projects.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Chance to develop your skills with cutting-edge tools and technologies.Supportive team focused on professional growth.Onsite position in San Jose with potential for impactful contributions.Upon completion of waiting period consultants are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanVision PlanHealth Savings AccountHealth Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term and Long Term Disability InsuranceBusiness Travel Insurance401(k), Plus MatchWeekly Pay
