Responsibilities
- Evaluating vendor RF technology and providing expert technical assessment
- Hands‑on testing and development of RF hardware in a lab environment
- Building out internal RF engineering capabilities
- Supporting field testing activities as required
- Contributing to the broader wireless engineering function
Skills/Must Have
- 15 to 20+ years of RF circuit design experience
- Deep hands‑on hardware background - lab-based, not systems or software
- Chicago-based or fully willing to relocate
- Track record of working with cutting‑edge RF technology
