nBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level RF Electrophysics Engineer (Level 2 or 3) in El Segundo, CA.

nPosition Responsibilities:

Generate unit or lower-level requirements documents. Support system and subsystem engineers to define unit or lower-level performance, interface and environmental requirements and respective verification methods

Develops architectures to integrate systems and components into higher level systems and platforms
n n - n
Performs trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict component, interconnects and system performance and to optimize design around established requirements
n n - n
Creates and validates gain-loss budgets to understand RF performance over environmental conditions, life, and part-to-part variation
n n - n
Generate unit or lower-level test procedures
n n - n
Defines and conducts tests to validate performance of designs to requirements
n n - n
Provides support to products throughout lifecycle

Works under general direction

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

2+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
n n - n
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of electronics, RF/microwave principles, theories, and test techniques

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship as a condition of employment (A final U.S. Top Secret/SCI Clearance Post-Start is required)

nAssociate (Level 2) Summary pay range: $98,600 - $133,400
nMid-Level (Level 3) Summary pay range: $119,850 - $162,150
