nWhat You Will Be Doing
nLockheed Martin is seeking an RF Engineer, for the planning and completion of the product baseline development, integration, and verification efforts, as well as the planning and execution of current and future changes. The candidate will work extensively with suppliers to develop and execute qualification testing schemes and provide requirement verification artifacts. The candidate will need to closely collaborate with internal LM stakeholders as well as U.S Government representatives to ensure all requirements are met.
nEssential tasks for this key role include:
n• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field
n• Active Secret Security Clearance with a current 5-year investigation
n• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
n• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to technical challenges
n• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
n• Executing RF test activities to include the generation of test plans and reports
n• RF requirements analyses, and trade study execution
n• Completion of Technical Data Package through preparation of Specifications, Interface Control Documents, Test Requirements, and Software Requirements
n• Completion of Statements of Work and interfacing with subcontractors
n• Managing subcontractors from task completion to delivery of a product that meets requirements within the required timeline and budget
n• Oversee the build and assembly of hardware and test fixtures
n• Analysis of test data to include signal post-processing, visualization, and comparison with modeled data
n• Up to 25% travel required
n• Position is on site full time and located at the LM-MFC Orlando, FL facility

nBasic Qualifications:
n• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
n• Active Secret Security Clearance with a current 5-year investigation
n• Experience in RF systems development, integration, and production
n• Ability to create RF subsystem test documents such as plans, procedures, and/or reports
n• Experience in creation of RF data analysis, reduction, and visualization tools using MATLAB or another programming language
n• Experience defining or reviewing software requirements and software validation techniques
n• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and oral
nDesired Skills:
n• Basic understanding of RF sensors
n• Basic understanding of radar concepts
n• Basic understanding of electromagnetics and antenna concepts
n• Experience with test range control electronics or software
n• Experience with lab test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Signal Generators
n• Experience with Missile System Development
n• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development
n• Development of system level test plans/procedures and associated reviews focused on data analysis and findings
n• RF link budget analysis
nSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
nClearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

nWork Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
nSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
