Advanced PCB Rework and Repair TechnicianThis role is responsible for performing advanced rework, repair, and modification of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) in accordance with IPC standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced rework, repair, and modification of PCBAs.Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies.Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues.Ensure compliance with IPC, ESD, and safety standards.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.Proficient in soldering, desoldering, and reworking both through-hole and surface mount components, including BGAs.Strong attention to detail.Experience using microscopes and rework equipment.Commitment to producing high-quality work.Additional Skills & QualificationsIPC certification.AOI/X-ray inspection experience.Experience in aerospace or medical device manufacturing.Why Work Here?Employees can enjoy a work environment that has a 'family business' feel, appealing to those wanting to move away from the corporate world.
