ProAmpac is seeking Rewind Operators to join our manufacturing team producing high-quality flexible packaging. In this role, you’ll set up and operate rewind equipment, load and thread film rolls, monitor tension and alignment, and inspect finished rolls for defects. You will follow production schedules, complete quality and production records, and perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments.
A strong safety focus is essential, as is maintaining a clean, organized work area. You’ll collaborate with teammates and technicians to support continuous improvement, efficiency, and consistent product quality in a fast-paced environment.
