ProAmpac is seeking Rewind Operators to support our flexible packaging manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate rewind machines to slit, inspect, and rewind film and packaging materials to specifications.
Responsibilities include monitoring quality, adjusting machine settings, completing roll changeovers, labeling and packaging finished rolls, and maintaining accurate production records. You’ll perform basic equipment troubleshooting, follow all safety and 5S standards, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes.
