ProAmpac is seeking Rewind Operators to support flexible packaging production in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll set up and operate rewind machines to slit, inspect, and roll printed films and laminations to customer specifications.
Responsibilities include reading job tickets, threading material, adjusting tension and alignment, monitoring print and roll quality, and performing basic machine changeovers. You’ll complete quality checks, record production data, follow safety and 5S standards, and assist with troubleshooting. Work closely with press, finishing, and quality teams to ensure accurate, on-time orders in a clean, safe, and collaborative environment.
