ProAmpac is seeking Rewind Operators to support our flexible packaging production. In this role, you will set up and operate rewind equipment to slit, inspect, and rewind film rolls to precise specifications. You’ll monitor quality, check tension and alignment, label and package finished rolls, and complete production records.
Operators perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting while following strict safety and quality standards. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with opportunities to grow your skills and advance in global manufacturing.
