ProAmpac is seeking Rewind Operators to support our flexible packaging production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up and operate rewind machines to convert large rolls into finished rolls, ensuring accurate length, width, and tension.
Responsibilities include threading film, monitoring quality, inspecting for defects, labeling and packaging finished rolls, and completing production documentation. You will follow safety and 5S practices, perform basic equipment adjustments, support changeovers, and collaborate with teammates to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high standards of quality and sustainability.
