ProAmpac is seeking Rewind Operators to support our flexible packaging production. In this role, you’ll set up and operate rewind equipment to inspect, slit, and rewind printed films and laminations to exact specifications. You will monitor quality, check roll tension and alignment, make machine adjustments, and complete accurate production records.
Operators follow all safety and 5S standards, perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and partner closely with press and finishing teams in a collaborative, safety-first environment focused on continuous improvement.
