Rewind Operator – 3rd ShiftWe are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow their careers in the printing and packaging industry.As a Rewind Operator, you'll be part of the finishing team responsible for inspecting and preparing high-quality labels for final delivery. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and consistency are key.Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and maintain rewind/finishing equipmentInspect finished labels for defects and ensure quality standards are metFollow finishing specifications and production prioritiesComplete required documentation accuratelyPerform basic preventative maintenance on equipmentIdentify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean initiativesWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to read a rulerAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood communication and teamwork skillsStrong work ethic and reliabilityEducation & RequirementsRequired: High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding workAbility to read, write, and follow instructions in EnglishPreferred: 1+ year of printing or related manufacturing experienceExperience with Lean Manufacturing principlesABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
