ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is seeking Rewind Machine Assistants to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will help operate and monitor rewind machines that convert printed film and laminations into finished rolls for food, healthcare, consumer, and industrial customers.
Responsibilities include assisting with machine setup and threading, loading and unloading rolls, inspecting product for defects, labeling and packaging finished goods, and performing basic adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. You’ll follow strict safety and quality standards, document production data, and work closely with operators, quality, and maintenance in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment with opportunities to grow your skills and career.
