Job DescriptionAs a RevOps Business Partner for Sage HCM, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping drive predictable and scalable revenue growth. You will be responsible for aligning and optimizing sales and marketing operations by leveraging data, systems, and best practices to enhance sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a seamless customer journey. This role combines strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution to enable business success. Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
• Partner with sales leadership to create accurate revenue forecasts and performance targets.
• Oversee the management and optimization of sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement platforms, analytics tools).
• Work closely with marketing, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment across all revenue-generating activities and initiatives.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) across the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that supports our GTM motion and aligns with the overall business objectives.
• Support sales leadership in designing and administering incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and outcomes
Minimum qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or a related role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Prior experience working for a Human Capital Management (HCM) software company.
• Deep expertise with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proficiency with business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI (or similar platforms), to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
