HotFoot Recruiters is hiring for entry-level BIM Operators to support design and coordination efforts on high-tech construction projects for a growing engineering / semiconductor client in Arizona.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career candidates with a background in Interior Design, MEP, Civil Engineering, or related fields who are looking to build hands‑on experience in BIM and Revit within a fast‑paced project environment.
Position: BIM Operator (Entry‑Level)
Location: North Phoenix, AZ
Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Standard Business Hours
Pay: $60,000/year
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Support design teams with Revit (3D) modeling and AutoCAD (2D) drafting
* Assist with preparing and updating construction drawings and layouts
* Modify and maintain BIM models based on engineer markups and project updates
* Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of drawings
* Maintain organized project files and assist with document control
* Support project coordination and basic data tracking tasks
* Participate in BIM coordination efforts and learn industry best practices
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Mechanical (MEP), Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
* Revit (3D) and AutoCAD (2D) experience required (academic or internship experience acceptable)
* Strong interest in BIM modeling and construction design
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow‑up skills
* Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast‑paced environment
* Strong learning mindset and willingness to be trained
