The Design Engineer, BMS/Controls will conduct the design of Facility/Building Management Systems and data center controls for lighting systems / switchgear / generators / LV distribution / UPS systems and battery cabinets with Power Modules and Data Centers. Controls configuration designs for Data Centers, Telecommunications and work with for specific BMS software and work in Factory and Site Acceptance Testing and commissioning.Duties:Create design optimal FMS/BMS design in compliance with specificationsWork with suppliers to design the control schemes, PLCs / relays, to FMS/BMS designsBills of material, and modification of standard assembliesEthernet protocols including Modbus and TCP/IP protocols and Ethernet interfacesQuality control integration of FMS/BMS systemsSupport on site integration support.Requirements:BS Degree in Electrical Engineering with Controls experienceKnowledge of FMS/BMS design, installKnowledge in AutoDesk / AutoCADExperience with Microsoft OfficeKavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
