Investigating and analyzing Motor Vehicle Accident accounts, the full-time remote Revenue Specialist, MVA Billing will identify and coordinate insurance benefits while resolving outstanding balances, acting as a liaison between clients, patient attorneys, and insurance companies. Key Responsibilities Conduct online medical research and review medical records to manage the claim life cycle Communicate with payers to resolve payment issues, including submitting corrected claims and filing appeals for denied claims Analyze health insurance remittance and identify denial trends to assist in prevention efforts Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing or collections, with EMR/Billing system experience 1+ years of experience with Health Insurance/Government Insurance claim resolution Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office applications Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing related to motor vehicle claims
