Analyzing payer payment variances, the full-time Revenue Integrity AR Specialist will identify and resolve contract discrepancies, submit appeals, and communicate with insurance companies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Identify and resolve contract variances and collaborate with internal departments and payers Submit project and underpayment appeals, ensuring accurate documentation of patient accounts Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of outstanding appeals and follow up as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED; college education preferred At least three years of experience in medical billing and resolving Accounts Receivable issues Experience with offshore engagement and collaboration is desired Knowledge of benefit insurance billing and contract management Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables), and database software
