Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Supporting home health billing operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage team workflow while overseeing billing, accounts receivable, collections, and denial management to ensure accurate account information and optimal reimbursement. Key responsibilities Supervise daily workflow of the revenue cycle business support team and perform related tasks Ensure compliance in physician, hospital, and home health billing, including denial management and revenue reporting Assist with accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and customer service Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline Strong knowledge of revenue cycle workflows and operational issues Experience in organizing workflow and communicating priorities Ability to balance hands-on work with team guidance and project coordination
