Revenue Cycle Specialist 2

To support the Yield Management Division, the full-time Revenue Cycle Specialist 2 will manage payment reconciliation, invoice processing, and inventory management while ensuring compliance with established policies and regulations. Key responsibilities Post payments to recovery accounts and reconcile monthly bank statements with cash posting databases Research and accurately distribute payments, ensuring correct application to claims Track processes and prepare reports for management, implementing procedural changes to improve performance Required qualifications 1-3 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases Working knowledge of industry-based standards Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
