To support efficient billing processes, the full-time Revenue Cycle Representative will manage the timely submission of insurance claims, follow up on denials, and reconcile accounts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Submit and manage insurance claims, respond to denials, and ensure compliance with billing guidelines Analyze patient invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and post payments to accounts promptly Reconcile accounts and provide suggestions for issue resolution to management based on identified trends Required qualifications High School Degree Two years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities, including billing and collections Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
