To enhance revenue cycle efficiency, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Pre-Registration Associate will conduct patient interviews, ensure accurate billing records, and collect estimated financial liabilities while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Interview patients via phone to complete the pre-registration process Comply with regulatory requirements and educate patients on their financial responsibilities Document patient interactions thoroughly and resolve any discrepancies in demographic and insurance information Required Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent One year of previous scheduling experience in the medical field is preferred General knowledge of medical terminology Proficient in typing Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English; bilingual is a plus
