Revenue Cycle Performance Associate

To support the Remittance team, the full-time Revenue Cycle Performance Associate will monitor KPI performance, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reimbursement processes and reduce billing discrepancies. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the product team on automation projects to enhance efficiency Analyze data sets to identify opportunities for automation optimization and monitor emerging trends Lead continuous improvement projects, presenting insights and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue-cycle operations with proven improvement outcomes Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Sigma, Excel, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL preferred Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint) Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
