Seeking a full-time remote Revenue Cycle Operations Manager who will establish production goals, monitor performance across offshore teams, and drive cash collections while ensuring quality assurance and accountability among vendors. Key responsibilities Establish daily and weekly production goals and monitor work queues across offshore teams Drive cash collections and reduce aging inventory while implementing quality assurance processes Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and offshore partners, conducting regular business reviews and escalating performance issues as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management with direct experience managing offshore/outsourced RCM vendors Demonstrated track record of improving SLA attainment, cash collections, and AR aging Experience building quality assurance programs and KPI scorecards Proficiency with RCM platforms, work-queue management, and reporting/BI tools
