Revenue Cycle Operations Director – Care Management

Essen Care Management is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations to oversee revenue cycle, billing compliance, and the program's financial infrastructure. This role ensures accurate Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement and aligns billing workflows with care delivery.

The director will lead cross-functional teams, manage EHR and billing vendor partnerships, and drive dashboards, audits, and cost containment to sustain high-quality care for our members and communities served.
