Director of Revenue Cycle (Consulting) – Skilled Nursing Facilities

100% Remote (open to candidates nationwide)

One of our consulting partners has an urgent need for an experienced Director-level Revenue Cycle consultant to support an active engagement focused on Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) .

This is a project-based consulting role that will start at 30–40 hours per week and gradually taper as the engagement stabilizes. Total expected workload is approximately 900 hours over the next year .

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and advise on end-to-end revenue cycle operations for Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Assess current-state workflows and recommend process improvements across billing, collections, and reimbursement
• Partner with stakeholders to stabilize operations and support financial performance initiatives
• Provide hands‑on guidance during a critical phase of the engagement, then transition as processes mature

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• Director-level Revenue Cycle experience (or equivalent consulting leadership experience)
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) revenue cycle expertise — required
• Familiarity with New York SNF regulations is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable operating in a consulting / advisory capacity
• Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently in a remote environment
