Managing a team of financial counselors, the full-time California Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager will provide real-time support to patients and care teams, oversee front-end revenue cycle functions, and manage financial assistance processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead a team providing support to patients and care teams throughout the oncology care continuum Oversee front-end revenue cycle functions, ensuring timely resolution of coverage issues and collaboration with downstream teams Manage processes for screening and enrolling patients into financial assistance programs and maintain compliance with guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle or financial counseling, preferably in oncology 3+ years of people management or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of insurance plans, oncology benefits, and prior authorizations Experience in a large MSO, multi-site oncology practice, or complex specialty setting
