Owning regional revenue performance, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Manager will manage end-to-end revenue processes, focusing on reimbursement optimization, denial reduction, and cash acceleration while leading Claims Leaders to ensure compliance and improve financial outcomes. Key responsibilities Drive improvements in revenue results, including reimbursement optimization and cash acceleration Lead structured payer escalation processes and coordinate cross-functional resolution strategies to address denial trends Develop and manage regional revenue forecasts and establish standardized revenue governance practices Required qualifications 7 or more years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience Demonstrated success in improving accounts receivable performance and managing denial reduction strategies Experience leading multi-level teams in a complex, multi-state environment Strong financial acumen and forecasting capability
