Revenue Cycle Manager

Managing professional billing operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Billing Liaison Manager will supervise and coordinate all aspects of billing while acting as the primary liaison between departments, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to enhance revenue cycle performance in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle items for designated departments, ensuring service levels are met Collaborate with departments and vendors to streamline processes and implement improvements for optimal billing efficiency Monitor revenue cycle performance, prepare reports, and facilitate meetings to discuss key trends and improvement opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of relevant experience in managing professional billing functions, preferably in an academic medical center Advanced knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions, including coding, billing guidelines, and payer regulations Experience with Epic systems preferred Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Excel and Access
