Revenue Cycle Manager

Accountable for operational performance and client satisfaction, the full-time Senior Manager, RCM Operations will lead a portfolio of Ambulatory accounts remotely, ensuring seamless service delivery and driving measurable improvements in quality and financial performance. Key responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end client outcomes and ensure integration of onshore and offshore teams for operational efficiency Lead monthly and quarterly client performance reviews, maintaining visibility into KPIs and operational metrics Develop account-level leaders through coaching and succession planning while identifying opportunities for client relationship expansion Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience Significant experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations, preferably within Ambulatory RCM Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and lead geographically distributed teams Strong analytical skills, including KPI analysis and root-cause analysis Experience in preparing and leading client performance reviews and executive-level operational reporting
